Naturopathic Nutrition and Regenerative Agriculture
Portugal
Raiza Rezende
Raiza has been working for the past 6 years with Regenerative Agriculture in Europe, from planting trees, to community development and cooking, her main interests are human and soil microbiome, nutrient density, holistic nutrition and healthy food.
With chemical engeneering background her passion for cooking and nutrition has led her to start a bachelor degree in Naturopathic Nutrition from College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Holland / Poland
Zuzanna Zielinska
Zuzanna graduated AP degree in Marketing Management & Bachelor in Global Health & Nutrition in Denmark. She founded Connecting Grounds a food innovation startup upcycling coffee waste into edible flour. In the Netherlands she is opening an impact venture, HarvestCare to scale accessibility to health professionals using food as a medicine approach. She is deeply passionate about social and food justice, food anthropology, and regenerative organic agriculture.
In her free time, she climbs, farms, and cooks in a community kitchen.

Dietetics & Agroecology

Cristina Laurenti
Cristina has earned a bachelor degree in Dietietcis and Master degree in Agroecology and Food Sovereignty with a thesis on the interconnection between agroecology, sustainable diets and nutrition collaborating with Bioversity International. With passion, unique perspective and knowledge she embodies the link between agroecology and human health. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Agroecology Europe Association where she is the Coordinator of the Youth Network.

Regenerative field agronomist
Italy
Marco Nardini
Marco is an agronomist with a profound passion and knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices implanted at scale (1000 ha projects). He has been a research assistant at Wageningen University. He specializes in Kyline Design, wise water management, and enhancing soil organic matter. Marco works in Toscany regions with some of the biggest wine and oil producers as Felisna and with many other projects in his freelance work at Agro Metrica. He also works with land restoration projects, e.g. with the Atlas Mountains in Maroccan mountains.
In his free time he visits more farmers :)

Agroforestry

Dimitri Tsitos
Dimitri specialises in regenerative tree crop production, founding and technically advising the family farm, Mazi Farm. Currently, he works as an agronomy analyst for Propagate. His passion for agroforestry systems has led him to start a Master in natural resource management and agroforestry at the University of Missouri.
Dimitri is also the co--founder and host of The Regenerative Agroforestry Podcast, where he enjoys geeky conversations on the world of Agroforestry.

Integrative Nutritionist & Consumer behaviour
Eirini Tsirimokou
With a multidisciplinary background in Science and Business, Eirini worked for several years within the dynamics of Global Marketing brands, social and environmental entrepreneurship initiatives (Circle Economy, Metabolic & Fresh ventures, OULU University of Applied Sciences), Chemistry & Biology research centers (Athens’ Water Supply, University of Pau, University of Edinburgh, Utrecht University) and educational organizations (Naya Nature Foundation, Morpho Costa Rica).
Her focus the last years has been on diving into the consumer & market insights and translating those into fruitful initiatives, primarily in the food sector. In parallel, she is training to become an Integrative Nutritionist, linking human health with the right & fair food production to shift people’s habits into conscious ones. Eirini has worked on various farms and eco-communities in Peru, Costa Rica, Greece, and has practical knowledge of permaculture practices.
With 5 years of experience in the regenerative movement, Eirini’s mission is to lead the transition roadmap to a regenerative future.
She is passionate about regenerative agriculture, food as medicine, and local community support.
